I sold an item in the last 48 hours, listed as a "no return item", then received a message from the buyer stating he wants a refund because his "missus has changed her mind". I will of course be out of pocket if I give a refund. What are my options?
An update to this, I have just discovered that the buyer has already posted the item back to me, before I have even answered his request for a refund. Can anyone give me some advice on this?
Thanks in advance...
Has buyer opened ebay case?
If not do nothing.
If they open case for change of mind, you can refuse it.
If they said not as described, you will have to refund, unfair I know,
but only do this through ebay case.
