Can you tell me how I cnan send ebay a email

I sold my laptop on ebay for £100 and was to send it to the buyer on 29th Dec.but I was rushed into Hospital and missed the Pickup day My wife managed to arrange another Pickup by courier on the 4th January (with Tracking number) it was delivered nex day Then I received an email from ebay on the 29th December to say they Refunded the Buyer £100 and another email sent 8th January to say Your PayPal account was debited £100 by ebay that is Two Payments of £100 and he still has the Laptop £100 Total £300

Have you checked your PayPal Account? The EBay and PayPal Message Regarding the Debit of £100.00 is for one Debit I would assume not two?

Are you sure that these are not one and the same payment Ebay has no money to refund so they debit your Paypal account. Can you really see TWO debits taken from your paypal account.

 

Again are you sure that the first email on the 29th December said that a refund had been made and not that a HOLD had been placed on the money, as that would then tally with the buyer escalating a the case after 8 days and the refund then made.

 

You don't say when it was sold as that would also give an idea as to when a buyer could open a Not Received Case.

 

Was tracking added to the item in ebay, that would have helped prove to ebay that it had been delivered.As far as the buyer now having a refund and the laptop, there is nothing ebay can do, they can't make the buyer repay and they can't get the laptop back.

 

I would suggest you talk to Citizens advice to see what they can suggest if anything, BUT you must have all your facts correct as I very much doubt that you have been debited twice.
