Can you set a maximum quantity purchase per order

I dont want to sell too many of 1 item to one customers because I need a bigger box which then means I have to go to My hermes drop off and start negotiating social distancing etc where as if I use the smaller boxes they can go in my Click and drop RM bags.. Can I set a maxamum purchase quantity per order? If not Ill just have to put them in sell and restock which is a pain as its a very popular item

my ebay >>> account tab >>> site preferences >>> buyer requirements >>> block buyers who >>>edit

you can set a limit there, but it will affect all your items, it cannot be set per listing

Thanks - I may have to do that (nobody buys more of the other items so that's a solution )
