Hi, I want to list items for sale but the listings can't go up because my sellinf limit is £0? I've checked and there are no restrictions or outstanding charges on my account. When I click to request more selling allowance it says I am not eligible.
More information is needed to sell, for example you must make arrangements to pay selling fees. Once you are set upproperly then while you will be limited to Value/number of items you can list it should be straight forward.
I imagine that's because your account is currently only a buying account. Go to the Seller Centre to learn what to do. You'll find a section there especially for new sellers.
