Hi,

What is current Ebay policy for selling compliant CBD products online in the UK.

I've seen older posts saying that the Business needs to be "Registered" but the rules has moved on in the last couple of years.

They can't be sold on Ebay at all.

And products of any description cannot be sold by private sellers.  If you're a business, you have to be registered as such - private accounts are only for those clearing their homes of their old no longer wanted possessions. If you're planning to sell anything that you've made, grown, refurbished, or bought in (new or old), upgrade your account from private to business before you list anything.  This is not only an Ebay requirement, but the law.

I don't know why you're asking these questions, though.
