On 10th June I sold an item which was posted on Friday 12th June. On 18th June , the following Thursday, she left me feedback and asked me to leave her feedback when I had time.
This was followed by another message on 22nd June again asking me to leave feedback as she wanted to get 1000 100% positive feedback by the end of the year.
Today I got a further message asking me why I was refusing to leave feedback! She went on to say that if there is a problem she will get Ebay to intervene!
I appreciate that Ebay won't get involved but how can I make it clear to her that it is not acceptable to hassle people for feedback.
The ironic thing is that I would have left her feedback had she not hassled me for it!
Just tell her that hassling does not work, feedback is optional and you leave or don't leave in your own time.
You can only leave positive and she knows that as we always tell SELLERS not to hassle for FB. as they could get the sort they don't want.
I am afraid I would be inclined to delete any further messages unread. I will always leave feedback for buyers or sellers but do not like being pushed into doing it.
Well you could just leave her feedback, that would take seconds and close the issue.
