Buyer is unsuccessfully trying to leave me feedback

When attempting to leave me feedback my buyer receives a message stating that I'm not a registered ebay user? My buyer is genuine and has sent me a screen shot of the error message.  Any pointers would be most welcome.

Your buyer has 60 days in which to leave feedback

the problem may lie with the device they are using...if the useless app, needs to ditch it and use a pc or change the browser.

 Could also try logging into eBay.com and leaving it from there....
