ebay cannot protect me as a seller!
I sold the item for £380 yet because of COVID the item was stuck on departure department for over 2 months, The Buyer has opened a case and ebay have given the buyer a full refund.
Now the item has been deliver to the buyer However, the buyer doesnt want to pay.
Ebay is no help, and dont have an extending policy for COVID situation.
How can i get the money back or the item?

Consult Citizens Advice or get Legal Advice. Could be expensive without any guarantee of getting any Money.
Ebay merely followed up the terms of the Money Back Guarantee, they can't deal with dishonest buyers, although they should at least consider the possibility.
