Buyer email address

It has become more and more difficult to find a buyer's email address. It used to be available through Paypal, but that option has disapeared!

My courier is now asking for my customer's email when I fill in their paperwork. Fine outside Ebay, but impossible with an Ebay sale.

Does anyone have an easy way to access their buyers email?

When I have asked my customer for this information, Ebay block it!!!

Couriers don't need email addresses, or phone numbers. All they need is the buyer's physical address.  So just leave the box blank, or enter a string of zeros, or make something up, or enter your own.

Nothing that Ebay and PayPal can do about it, by the way - it's down to strict data protection laws.  And thank goodness for them.

They might not NEED them, but they will not take my parcels if i dont give them the information!

You know it all rusticrye I guess. But my courier asks for it, and without the field filled in they will not accept my order. They are my customer, I do not understand where Data Protection even comes into it.

The point of my message was actually to establish how I can get my customer's email.
