Bidders are telling me that they are unable to bid.

Buyers  are saying they are unable to bid on a garden table and chairs that I have listed. I have had these on for some time with no interest at all. I think maybe not being able to bid is the reason. Can anyone help with this issue, I haven't been able to speak to anyone at Ebay?

I have just gone to your listing, clicked on make a bid, the bidding page opens. Obviously I did not go any further, but it looks as if I could have placed a bid if I had wanted to.

check your bidder requirements here:-

and then check what email address you used when creating the listing, click on revise to see what email address is in the payment section

then log into your paypal account and check that it is in your profile
