Accidentally cancelled a wrong order for refund can't find the customer service for currection

I sold a dress and evertything was fine but today accidently cancelled the transaction and now the buyer have the dress and her money back aswell....despiratelly try to find a customer service to currect the mistake for cancelled the cancelation but apperently there is no customer servie anymore- don't know what to do, very upset now

Howdo you think CS could unravel this. You have cancelled and refunded, the money has gone it is now down to the honesty of the buyer to refund you. CS can't do this, you will need to see if buyeris willing to send money back, there is no way to force it.
