Abusive buyer?

Hi, 

I sold my ipad on ebay over a ten day auction which ended recently. 

When I contacted the person who won it, she said. I won a different one last night. I have that now so I don't need yours. 

I patiently explained that this is not how an auction works. She still refused to pay and insisted I cancel her purchase. I sent her an invoice and told her I would report the matter to ebay. Two days later after waiting the required period, I reported her to ebay. Every since then she has not stopped messaging me, and is becoming increasingly abusive. I blocked her messages, but she has now found my relisting and is sending more abuse on that. It seems that because I have already blocked her on the first listing and because the second is linked to it, that I cannot block her again and she is still able to message me with more abuse. 

How can I stop her asking questions on my new item which will put real buyers off the item?

ignore and block them.

Close the unpaid case after 4 full days as unpaid and that will give them an unpaid strike.
