A customer has asked me to amend/change the name & address on the VAT invoice, how do I do this?
We are a business seller so not an issue to provide a VAT invoice, but the customer's private name and address when they purchased were visible in the sales order, and they've asked if we can amend the VAT invoice to the business trading name and business address which is different to their personal details on the sales record.
We have already been paid in full and the items have been shipped and received by the customer.
As per eBay's assistance, I've found the item in question in my seller hub but there is no 'send invoice' option in the Actions to amend the address. Any help please would be gratefully appreciated.
