A buyers has paid me via PayPal but my PayPal account wast linked to me eBay account - where will the funds go?
should he recall them?

Is it the Sofa Bed? Best he Cancels his Payment and pays Cash On Collection. That is how Collection Items should be paid for. Buyer comes and inspects the Item then if happy he can pay you by Cash or Bank Transfer. You Mark as PAID and DISPATCHED in More Actions to the Right of the Item. You then save on PayPal Fees and your Buyer cannot open an Item Not As Described Case.
If he decides not to Buy you just Cancel the Sale using " Buyer Requested Cancellation " your EBay Final Value Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account.
You need to Link your PayPal Account to Ebay from the Account Tab Drop Down menu. Find PayPal and then Link Accounts.
