2nd chance to the second highest bidder

Hello, 

I was advised that when I cancel a transaction I automatically get asked if I would like a 2nd chance to offer the sale to the second highest bidder but I cant find this option. 

Before I press submit do I click the box marked relist the item or not? 

Any advice very welcome

Go to More Actions, to right of the item, there you will find the link to second chance offer.

Thanks so much for the advice but there is nothing to the right of the item to select 'more Actions". I can't understand what I'm doing wrong. Do I have to press submit first to find the 'more actions"?

On every one of my sold items there is more actions, it may be under Leave Feedback, but it should be there. That is the only way you can do it.

Ok Many thanks, So I cancel the item first and then look for more actions, appreciate your help

if you want to offer a second chance don't relist it
