£1 selling fees - Accepting an Offer

In the Restrictions and Exclusion section of the T&Cs it says that one of the restrictions in relation to the £1 selling fees offer is "Auction-style listings ended early"

I have the offer function set within my listing so if I accept an offer from someone before the auction ends, does this mean I will forfeit the £1 selling fee promotion?

As long as listing had best offer on originally, it qualifies for £1 promotion.
