Just want to know when there is a shady buyer.
So a buyer purchased the item but hasn't given the payment yet which is fine. I sent them a message and he replied with this:
They sent me a photo of a feedback from another product which says (paraphrase) "buying it for my nephew in the UK, send few valid videos for proper assessment, send the videos through my email" , the feedback was from eBay.it (Italy) and they had a lot of tabs containing different products from eBay (I assume he was from Italy). Looking at their eBay account, his location is from Brazil. (I know there are some Brazilians that speak Italian). I emailed the videos but their email is a little bit off (I know email names can be anything). Want to know if they are shady or not 🤔? Haven't received their payment yet but if I do, can I refund them without sending them the item?

I found it hard to see their reply, but am I right they are giving you an email address to complete this transaction? So yep, it's dodgy.
I wouldn't reply anymore, they know how to pay , they no doubt won't, so on day 4 just cancel the order citing Buyer Has not Paid.
I would block them too from returning here:

It seems to me that they want to see a video of it being demonstrated so they can confirm the condition before they pay.

they should have done that before buying.
I suspect they are just after OP's private Email address to set up a scam.

They are giving me their email address for me to send videos of the product's condition. It can seem sketchy.
I have turned on 'no returns' so if the payment is received and I send them the item they can't return it but they can ask for a refund within 30 days, right?
Thanks for your reply, much appreciated

Do people just mass buy different products and claim refunds without returning the item, is that possible?

They can always return it if they find fault with it, or decribe it as having a fault, and under eBay's 30 day MBG, you will have to refund, and pay for the fully tracked return postage.
Personally, anyone asking me for my email address or providing theirs for any reason especially before paying, would raise red flags. All communciation, should be done through eBay's communication messaging system.
They could have asked for a video of the item before buying then the video could have been uploaded by revising the listing.

You are being set up for a scam.
I would cease all communication & place the buyer's ID on your BBL Then cancel as Unpaid after 96 hours.
"no returns" is only for remorse returns.
"30 days" with eBay is correct but they have much longer with their credit provider.
In any case you are a scam magnet as a new seller with an expensive item... best to sell locally for cash.
