Relisting

When a listing has ended and goes into unsold it says it can't automatically relist due to it being relisted 3 times but I thought it were 8 times. So I have to do it manually and comes off my monthly listings.

That's odd,  It used to be 8 times,  I made a quick check,  and it is still states 8 times to auto relist.  Not sure why yours ended ar 3  relists.

Perhaps dave@ebay  marco@ebay  or  kat@ebay   can help us here with the answer?

As you have mentioned it should be 8 times for auto relist. Would you be able to provide some item numbers where you are getting the message that its 3 times and if possible provide a screen shot to show the message saying 3 times?

Hi I manually relisted so I haven't got any at the moment but when it happens again I'll send you a screenshot.
