My ex partner is selling stuff using my name on ebay I'm no longer with him and I don't have anything else to do with him he is a fraudster that needs to be stopped he cams people all the time

You should contact ebay about using your name.  The other stuff would be harder to prove.   You can use callback on here:

How is he 'using your name'?

Names don't feature on private accounts.

When you say... ' using your name ' do you mean he is using your username ID and eBay account?

Change your password on your eBay account.
