Is anyone else having issues with Combined postage rules no working? I have set one up to offer free shipping on an additional items purchased, it's been working fine for months and then i Increased shipping prices across my postage business policy's and it stopped working. I've deleted rules and created new ones and nothing seems to work..
I'm getting no where with ebays support agents, any help would be appreciated
