Bulk relist took my money

On the ebay website I went to relist my items through bulk relist which it said it would be free however they have took £30 from my balance and I am now in the minuses. Is there anyway I csn get a refund on this?

As a Private seller you are allowed 300 free listings a month.  Buy it Now items will relist automatically for free, but any auction items which bring you over your monthly 300 and manually relisted ,will incur that 35 p listing fee.

Any optional listing upgrade is charged the second the item goes live too,  if you have any auctions running for 3 days this too,  incurs a non refundable listing fee payable sale or no sale.

The above fees will not be refunded.

Even though they told me if was free ok the website i can't even do anything about that doesn't sit right with me.

It's free for very basic listings only.  Any adverts telling you it's free will remind you to look at the terms and conditions.

It wasn't even an ad it was the bulk relist which said if I clicked confirm it would be £0 I had no clue I was low on my monthly listings. I saw it said free so I thought to click it.

Did the number of those manual relists take you over your monthly  free allowance of 300?

Then, you'd be charged a listing fee for each item, over the allowance.
