Adding multiple size options

Hi, I am selling a Ralph Lauren Polo Shirt, the Label states 3XB, My listing title is as follows

Polo Ralph Lauren Polo shirt 3XB / 3XL / 4XL - Big & Tall - P2P 30 - #17

Not everyone searches using 3XB (Extra big) I have used the 3XL and 4XL as these are the other sizes often used to search these Big size labels. I want to maximize the search options so I have all basis covered and cover every possible search.

When I search for Ralph Lauren Polo Shirt in the search bar using a single hit search, using one of 3XB, 3XL or 4XL every one of those single searches comes up. But what if someone wants to search just Ralph Lauren Polo Shirt and use just the sizing option by selecting one of 3XB, 3XL or 4XL

I have tried creating a listing using create your own size under item specifics. I have tried multiple times using different sizes separated by spaces, forward slash, semi colon for example

3XB/3XL/4XL

3XB / 3XL / 4XL

3XB;3XL;4XL

3XB; 3XL; 4XL

3XB3XL4XL

3XB 3XL 4XL

Every time I try this normally only the 3XL shows up, is there a certain format, or way I can incorporate all 3 of these in my size search so they all come up no matter what one is selected ?

Thanks

Adding multiple size options

In short, don't think you can. As obviously, ebay expect an item of clothing to be one size. You can create your own, but it would simply you on that.

It looks like Big 3X is one of the standard size options you can select, which would make the most sense. Best you can do is include the rough equivalent in the title as you are. You could also include the accurate size data (which can be gathered from the Ralph Lauren website) in the description (and would also suggested adding it as an image).
