When a Buyer has purchased & paid for items on separated transactions.

You need to be aware that you could lose postage costs if the Buyer opens an eBay case/s after you have already given partial postage refunds.

For Simple Delivery transactions you could contact eBay's Customer Service 24/7 for their expert advice on any new information on postage refunds for separate transactions.

If they have paid for all items together and you are sending them in one parcel, then yes, you can give them a postage refund. Go in to orders, awaiting dispatch and click on the 3 dots. Choose 'send refund' and select postage refund. This will apportion the refund over the orders.
