"simple" delivery

Thanks to this garbage "service" the morons at ebay have generated a pre-paid label which is nowhere near the cost of sending my parcel. A buyer bought three items off me, each would have cost £3.38 to send yet the label from this genius system has charged me £1.69 for all three parcels together?? What the hell am I meant to do now? So sick of these morons messing everything up!

If it was SD you can use the label eBay has given you to send the items - if it doesn't cover the size/weight, that is not your problem, as long as the size/weight of the parcel is within the maximum for that service.

Are you sure that they have only charged you £1.69 in total?  That doesn't even correlate with any of the advertised prices for Simple Delivery.

Send them together in one packet with that label, as long as it's within the maximum weight/size/price and not on the Restricted or prohibited items list.

Others have also reported combined postage gives "interesting" results.

Everything is wrong! The price, the weight and the size! And yes, £1.69, and like you said it's not even a price for any of the sizes or weights so I have no idea how this was calculated. Whoever the idiot is that thought this was a good idea for a "service" needs sacking!!
