Hi Everyone

I just see something my account I do not its a glitch again so most my items I used Free Delivery to the buyer. I used policy what says Free Delivery, but few items after put active list shows delivery £2.50 or £2.70. Why shows if my policy put free delivery. hen I listing items shows free delivery will after when active list system changing. Why And I try revise but same problem. :(((

I was just checking for you there, and it looks like the items in question were listed with a postage policy that has a flat rate set up for buyers, so that's why you can see a shipping cost being added to the listings. If you change or edit the policy in question with one with free delivery, you should be able to offer free delivery for those items. I understand that you've tried to change this already, but it then goes back to the same way it was before? If so, could you please try clearing your caches and cookies or use a different browser to do this, and let me know if it works? If it doesn't I'll take a further look for you.
