Is that the PayPal code you get when verifying a payment?

I don't understand what you mean by app, the code appears when you select to pay with PayPal and log into your PayPal account.

You'll need to contact PayPal about this.

Are you trying to login to PayPal? I assume you might be referring to an authenticator app?

Well it would have to be the one you have previously used. There are various but if 2 factor authentication was already setup, then you’d need that app back.

if you don’t have access to the 2FA app you setup, you’d need to speak to PayPal customer services direct
