Hi, anyone know how to change an estimated delivery date for a presale item that has sold? The presale release date is not here yet and being marked down for late dispatch but obviously cannot dispatch an item that has not been released yet? Any ideas how to adjust the date for a presale item now sold? TIA

Not possible ,same as "accordingly, we will not be willing to accept any returns for these reasons. The same as if the disc is loose inside that is beyond our control and does not affect the actual quality of the item. NO returns will be accepted or refunded if the item has had the shrink wrap opened as this seriously affects the items value downwards. So think twice BEFORE opening the shrink wrap as once opened you have committed to keeping the item regardless" Hmmm, not something a business seller nor a private seller can add to their descriptions. All sellers have to accept returns if a buyer makes a claim for not as described.See Ebay's MBG,top right on most listing, including your own 🙄

Pre-sale items need to be despatched within 40 business days (8 weeks) of purchase in order to comply with eBay's policy:

adding to the advice already given -
Your listings for presales for items not being released until March 2025 are very serious listing violations and your threat to take action against any buyer trying to get their money back before that date is another very serious violation of eBay policy.
Unfortunately and while not suggesting you are involved in a scam, all those violations are well known to be used by scammers.

How many defects have you received for late dispatch?
It doesn't take many to get an eBay selling account closed. Keep a close eye on your seller dashboard here:

Surely if you are selling pre-sale items then you are buying to re-sell & that makes you a business seller? Or am I missing something?

They are registered as a business seller, so they have at least done something right. They just need to amend their terms so that they are both compliant with eBay policy and legally compliant.

Looks like the item in question has been removed by eBay for breaching policy
So OPs buyers will have received emails telling them to open a case for the item
Which is probably wise as they would be outside the Buyer Protection window if OP didn't deliver the tickets for whatever reason

If they have opened a legitimate and not counterfeit item and then try to return it as not as described, then it would fail! If we had said it was say Deadpool movie inside and it was Barbie instead, completely different matter
