instantly i changed my password
-
logged on again to another message
message tells me a device from Stoke Plymouth has accesed my account
-
the last messaged was acces time was the time i logged on after changing my password
-
is this a glitch

Many receive this odd and at first worrying notification, that you are logging in from  an area which is clearly not yours.

 

I've received this in the past. telling me log in is being made from Birmingham, and I live on the South Coast.

 

As long as the time you are logging in is correct,  then all is well,  no need to change passwords,  no need to do anything else.

Message/s are reported frequently --- usually nothing to worry about if timing corresponds to your logon time ---  eBay uses less active ISP's countrywide to bypass very busy servers.

Lots of people are getting this message right now, I suspect that there is something that's being over sensitive somewhere. I had it too yesterday.
