Yet another Simple Delivery costs are just crazy post!

I've just sold a Large Letter item to go via Simple Delivery weights 210g - should be £1.80 using packlink and Royal Mail but now it's £2.72.
When will they install a 2-5kg parcel rate as this would have been £6.55 using Royal Mail via packlink but now it will be £10.80 as using Simple Delivery the weights of parcels jumps from up to 2kg to up to 15kg, mad.
They obviously don't want us to provide agood service for our buyers.

Yes the next priority change the need to make to get SD to become acceptable is to accept that 100g or 250g Large Letter items worth under the £20 RM compensation limit do not need to be tracked as if you buy the label online you get a reference and usually delivery confirmation anyway if the Postie remembers to scan.

£2.72 is too much money for people to be expected to pay on low value lightweight LL items.

Well I sold 2 x 1kg parcels last night , the buyer paid via the basket ad ebay instructed people to do . They where charge £6.65 instead off £3.38 for a 2kg parcel  this meant the buyer saved a grand total off 11p .  SD does not even seem to be able work out 1 +1 = 2 .  How that is combined postage rate I really do not understand.
