Why can't I sell my ebike? I need to read URLO???

eBay won't let me sell my ebike, it says I can have the restriction lifted if I read the URLO?? I've no idea what to do help

I believe that given the combustible nature of some ebike batteries, you now need to be a registered business seller to list them on eBay

As already advised, you need to be registered as a business seller in order to sell ebikes on ebay:

Be aware, if you are tempted to change your selling status to "business" in order to sell your bike, you will not be able to change it back again.
