Where’s my payment from Ebay ?

I sold an item on the 8th February, posted it on the 10th February and have confirmed delivery on the 12th  .. why do I have to wait a further eleven days to receive my payment from EBay .. against this sale it’s stating payment pending and due to me 23rd Feb !!! EBay have the sellers by the short and curlies , the sellers get penalised from every direction.

Under the new Buyer Protection Fee system introduced this month,  once tracking shows delivery, then the payout is released 2 days after that delivery date.

If you are a new or returning seller, you may be subject to longer holds,  on those initial payouts.

How was delivery confirmed?

Did you enter the tracking/delivery confirmation number after you posted the item?

If you didn't send tracked/with delivery confirmation number or didnt enter the  number then you have to wait 14 days for the payment

Thank you for replies .. I have a tracking number but didn’t actually mark it on the completed listing , all I did was contacted and sent it to the buyer

That will be why then your payment is showing as pending. Upload it against the item, in the hub and that may well see the item release funds sooner.
