Where are locations you won't post to set? I haven't set any, but apparently some are set!

I have a buyer who states that my profile has a setting whereby I will not send to their country; I don't think I have any such settings, but on digging on here, I found the same for the Channel islands came up, but I got round that without realising what the problem was; where are such setting set please?

They are in your Site Preferences >>  Postage Preferences >>  Exclude Postage Locations,  see what is included / excluded in that setting,  or check here:

I have randomly looked at a few of your items and none of them have any sort of international shipping set up.

Are you planning to ship internationally yourself or by using eBay's Global Shipping Programme?
