Hi all. When will I get paid. ?

Sold a painting on the 12th Feb posted 13th 48 special delivery with the royal mail. Tracking added to eBay 13th. Delivered with photo on the 15th. Still sitting as awaiting delivery on ebay this morning 22nd of Feb. 7 days after it has been delivered with no expected payment date or anything. Thanks for any input 👍

Did you mean 48 Hour Tracked?

& supposedly they are only paying after their system updates as delivered. So if it's showing as delivered on the courier site, that isn't enough.

With no proof of delivery on eBay's system they can withhold payment for 14 days.

That's without all the older hold reasons they had, unusual activity etc.

You could contact eBay and let them know that the item was delivered back on 15th February but that the tracking system between eBay and Royal Mail hasn't updated, ask them to check the tracking number and they'll see that it's showing as delivered.
