I have read many posts and discussions about this new charge and payment holds.
It is what it is and thats it - until Ebay change it again in the future.
The only thing that i can see will be a shambles is the fact that if you use the tracking postage as i do which i offer free and incorperate this in the price i offer the item at even though it costs from 2.70 - 2.96 + purchaseing the stiffners and the tape to seal the box and the fragile stickers etc etc currently unless its sent via GPS.
What happens to the funds, if after you have pruchased the postage and the package has been atempted to be delivered 3 times - yet it is returned to you - you will be out of pocket on the postage costs ? As no doubt the client will want his full payment back.
Can someone advise on this
