No postage options come up on the individual label purchase page, and if attempting to buy from the bulk postage page, it crashes with a "bulk label printing error, sorry something went wrong" message when you try to enter or change any data. It is working for letter and padded envelope, but no others.

Print the sales sheet off then go to your preferred shipping supplier direct and do it that way

Thanks, I'm more posting this as a bug/glitch report. I've already done all my shipping using copy and paste, it's just inconvenient and takes much longer

Any update on this? Got to the last package of the weekend's sales and then the page crashed and lost all the weights etc I'd entered.

Thanks for following up.
The bulk postage error seems to be intermittent but still be looked into. The recent logged ticket for single postage labels was resolved.
For yourself when you are trying to do single postage labels, is it an issue with the options not being available or do you get an error when trying to purchase them?

Also to add that tech advised to ensure this link https://www.ebay.com/ship/bulk is being used for bulk labels. This was recently updated but if you use a bookmark you may need to change it.

Hi, thanks for your reply. For me the bulk postage error has been constant since my original post in September. Is it possible it seems intermittent because it works fine with letter and large letter?
With the single labels the options aren't available for shoe box and cabin luggage.
I feel like these two issues share the same root cause - the bulk postage page crashes when you try to change from letter/large letter to parcel, because the dropdown list of options area can't access the International Royal Mail option that was selected at the time. Both bulk and single labels pages are failing at the same type of label - international small parcel and international medium parcel.

I presume they meant to advise the UK site instead of the US site? To access bulk shipping labels I'm using the checkboxes in my orders page and clicking 'get postage label', which takes me to the UK version of bulk labels link you provided but I do use bookmarks a lot.

Yes they did mean for the UK. Usually they work on links for both platforms so can tend to send .com.
I appreciate you may have already done the usual's but as tech ask to check this can you clear your cache and cookies and try from different browsers.
Then can you provide some example screen shots for your view when you change the type of label and also provide your browser details. I will add these to the tech report.

Hi, yeah you're right, did those already! Just tried again, and I'm mostly using Chrome and Brave.

Though tech support are funny sometimes... replying to an email on this issue in October where I sent screenshots of the issue for both bulk and single labels taken on a desktop browser... they recommended I use a desktop, are sure that single will work, and requested screenshots 😅
