Sold first 2 items with the new rules one posted and one for collection.
Posted off the item and it said payment would be taken from my Ebay funds which at the time were zero. Still I seem to have bought the postage OK.
Today my other item was collected and the money is already in my account minus the cost of the postage label for the other sale which is still on its way.
Not as bad as I thought it would be but was confused at first by the lower payment until I remembered about the postage label.
This seems to indicate that I won't have to pay up front for postage which if right is good news.
