ebay update App late May 2026. Since then (10 days) unable to bid, review offers, send messages. Lost bids and offers. Emailed customer services and ebay CTO with evidence - no response. Can login but can't do anything else as website frozen. When will this issue be sorted out? If not soon you will lose loyal ebay customer (8 years)

Thank you for your post.
This issue is with our tech team who are working on it. Please see the main thread on it here on the technical issues board. It seems to be users who have been accessing eBay through web browser on older iphone/ipad devices. I don't have a current update right now other than its being worked on. Once tech provide an update I will post back on the main thread.

im in the same position as other contributors to this thread. iphone 6s plus with less than IoS16.
if i check App store it says I can use your App on my phone.
But i'm not downloading App as users unable with it
if a fix cannot be found, ebay will lose lots of customers, myself included, and our sales. it's odd myself and others could access ebay without issues until updates done.
Ebay technical team and App developer learned nothing from similar situation in Oct 2025
Took ebay 7 days to sort
This time i am 10 days in and less optimistic
It's bad a company your size and App developer didn't do pre release check of new features and possible adverse impacts
if it is eventually sorted can ebay technical team/App developer please check any future changes on all IoS systems to avoid happening again
Not every once can afford phone upgrades to access ebay website
If Amazon website don't have these access issues then sorely ebay can find a permanently solution
