Still not getting an email when something sells....

I brought this up just over a month ago, got some answers and went and ticked the relevant box.

Now, I've just sold something 👏 whoopee (that's right, for the first time since the end of October....🙁)

And I *still* didn't get an email telling me so (I went back into my seller communication preferences and the relevant box *was* still ticked....) nor was the notification in spam .

This sale was yesterday, so now I'm already a day behind my 'schedule' because I didn't know about it.

Anybody got any good ideas on how to sort this?

For me a 'glitch' that started quite a few years back.
I've also followed the advice, but nothing seems to work.
The general consensus at the time from the forum was that some people get them & other just don't 🙄

These days I view for any orders on my selling page.

However, even that doesn't always work for my OH as Ebay sometimes hide them for a day!

It's just for the 'something has sold' email.

Everything else got to me (in both meanings!) just fine until I  'un-ticked ' the relevant boxes.... 😁

This has been a problem for me for the past year and nothing works. Multiple people have report this for so long and nothing is done.
