Sold and collected. How long to access funds in ebay account?

I am confused as to how long it is to access funds on my ebay account
The item was sold and has been collected. The collection has been scanned and recorded as collected on my ebay account.
How long to i have to wait for the funds to be accessible in my ebay account to allow me to withdraw them?
It says 15 days in one place and 2 days elsewhere
Which is it please?

For items collected in person payment should be released within 24 hours of the collection code being entered:

Local collection

• Funds will be available within 24 hours after you enter the 6-digit confirmation code the buyer received by email, or after the buyer scans the QR code

The buyer was happy with the item, i scanned the code at 11.30am which came up as collected and he left.
I assume therefore the funds will be available to withdraw to my bank account before 11.30am tomorrow. Confirm please

Yes, that is correct.

There is a few minutes to go to 24 hrs after scan 
I thought the funds should be in my account ready to withdraw within 24 hrs

Now 24 hours after collection scan. Why are my funds not available?

New seller accounts may have to wait up to 30 days for the money to release.

if sold on this account it only has 2 feedback that will be why you may have to wait longer.

It may be because the item you sold is relatively high value:

• High priced items or unusual selling patterns may lead to transaction holds for up to 30 days to help us ensure that buyers don't have any issues with the order

The 'New or infrequent seller' rule only applies to business sellers now according to the 'Payments on hold' help page.

It should tell you in your account when the funds are expected to be available or you csn check the date by clicking on the 'Track your funds' button in the following link:
