Simple Delivery - Where is the 2kg to 10kg Option

I am listing a couple of items that weigh in at around 3kg. The only postage option I am given (using simple delivery) is up to 15kg at a cost of over £12! According to eBay there is a 2-10Kg option at around £6 but this is not shown. Anyone got any ideas?  No buyer is going to pay that amount for delivery of a 3kg item!

I'm sorry, as I see you posted this question many moons ago,  and I see it was still unanswered.

I hope this helps,  as from yesterday , there is a new postage costs / weights table for Simple Delivery.

Sorry to jump on the OP’s thread but I’m having the same issue

I know this change was supposed to take effect yesterday, but I still have no weight options between 2kg and 15kg.

I have 0-1, 1-2 and then it jumps to up to 15kg 

I also still don’t have small / medium size options. 

Also, Simple Delivery is not available for me in kids shoes, ladies bags, toiletries and some other categories 

Do you know if the roll out has been delayed? Yesterday 20/05/25 was the last date I saw mentioned but it’s not working for me yet

its not reality though

a question for todays community chat …again

the “impression” I got from a previous community chat was that only once you’re moved over to sd entirely will these options appear 

but I could be wrong 

and even if I’m right I don’t see the logic

I don’t see those options yet either. I tried chatting to an agent online but they don’t seem to have a clue.

Yes, I tried the eBay help chat too. I had to send them  a screenshot of the postage options as I see them in a listing draft.  

At one point he assured me to not worry, it will all be resolved when they go live on 20th May. So I gently told him that was yesterday 😂😂
