Shop

Hi, is there anybody who knows what this means in my shop. My sales have hit rock bottom and I think it might have something to do. I'm lucky to make a sale a day at the moment and that's not normal for me at all. The message reads This Shop has no inventory available in your location and I can't do anything to change it. TIA for any advice. What I can see is not everything I have. I've just played around a bit but I can't suss it out. Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you using a VPN that is masking your location?

Or do you have your location set to somewhere other than the UK?

Your items however are showing as available.
Have you tried looking with a browser in incognito mode?

Hi,

On your adverts for the item/s £2.95 with FOC RM Tracked 48 postage.

RM charges £2.75 for this type of postage so this only leaves 20p to pay any eBay business fees (which is not enough).

Do you think this may be the reason for the fault occurring?

You are assuming standard fees for a business seller.
If they have an account with RM, they are likely not paying the same prices and I would hope that a business with over 38k sales, knows how to price items correctly.

Aside from which, how on earth would the price of an item effect it's location?

Thank you, I did check the VPN but it isn't that, I only noticed it Friday I had one listing and that's all. I've seen a post from last year were they had the same problem and it was a glitch that the tech team were working on. I'm hoping it's just a glitch in the system and will sort itself out. I'll just have to keep checking. Thank you for your help.

Does that mean you are using a VPN?

Like others I can't see an issue. If you go into one of your listings an click "see details" in the postage section what country does it think the item is being delivered to?

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.
