I'm sorry, but you want to increase from £372,869?
You must have a major account to want to increase from that as that is usually a monthly figure!
So you are saying that you are turning over almost £5 million per year.
I think something has got lost in translation here.
If you are talking about the account that you have posted from, you have not yet sold anything and it's only been active since the end of Feb this year.
Assuming that whatever you meant above is not been explained properly and you want to ask Ebay to increase your limits on this account, then it's unlikely until you have at least completed some sales.

Usually selling limits would only be increased once you have a proven sales record. That will either happen automatically or you can manually request an increase from the following page, so no need to actually speak to eBay:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/listings/selling-limits?id=4107&from=EBAY_AI&origin=EBAY_AI
If you definitely need to speak to eBay then you can request a callback using the following link:

I assume what you mean is you’ve begun listing items but have already hit your listing limit.
given you have around 137 listings all at at least £139 and stock of at least 10, that will happen.
all sellers start off that way, ebay don’t just want you to flood the system with thousands of listings.
you will not get an increase in your limits until you’ve actually shown you are making sales.
its a gradual process. Took our business a few years to get off listing limits and we certainly started a lot lower than you did as well!
work out what you believe are going to be top sellers and start with those.

Just for info, the callback link isn't currently working/available.
Hopefully, 'normal service' will be resumed soon.

Still not working for me ! 😪 Can't blame it on Friday maintenance either as I haven't found the Call Back option for a few days now 😠

I just tried the link from this thread - still not working.
Maybe it is working intermittently.
