Selling account

I sold items in September buyer paid no problem, but my eBay balance is still zero ,but seller account shows money  

I have not bought item’s since so never used account balance but can’t seem to get money out

Check that your account is fully set up to receive payments.   Details here:

I think (but may well be wrong) that because you're a private seller your money has been paid into your "Ebay Wallet", not your bank account.   Ebay hopes that will encourage you to spend it on ebay.

If that's the case and if you want it sent to your bank, you must request a payout using a process starting on your "Selling" page  (But don't ask me how to do that).

Failing that ebay will automatically send your cash to your bank whenever the next quarterly payment date is.  I think these are in December, March, June and September, but again I'm not too sure.

Hi photo350, thanks for your post.

The new system where you have to manually withdraw your funds was introduced in October, so if you were paid back in September, the funds would've been automatically transferred to the bank account you had on file back then, so I'd recommend checking that bank account.
