Hello

what date do eBay evaluate on the 20th of the

month

on the 20th July, I was evaluated at below standard. Through July I worked on my performance, and at the 31st my defect percentage was 2.54% 

fast forward to today, it is now 0.19%

will I be evaluated on the 20th as below standard again? This would be

unfair considering I suffer additional fees at that level, but at the 20th I’m actually top rated

It just says 'every month' so this may be a better question for Chad with the eBay Community Team tomorrow. Or for a call to Customer Services.

P.S. I dug down a bit and they just say the 20th, with no specific time or other details.
