I have now been locked out of anything other than simple delivery even though on the info page it states Stamps / coins etc will not be by simple delivery.
My choice to go bespoke has been removed on anything I try except for items £10 and below or £750.01 and above. I have contacted Ebay who seem not to know any rules they have created or that postal companies make.
I worked for Royal Mail and have this confirmed by the customer service centre and friends still working for them.
So sellers beware you are not protected in any way for loss.
Buyers are.
So I have stopped listing.
