You will get paid after 14 days.

Hello buffster1963 , thank you for the super fast response. Can you clarify 14 days from when feedback left? or from Dispatch of the item? Kind regards, Ivan

It should be 14 days from dispach. They are going to be releasing payments under £10 without tracking once feedback as been left but not sure if that has started yet.

So does that mean in a scenario where there is no tracking, but with a tracking number provided by Royal Mail, coupled with no feedback being given the seller gets no funds paid? Are all the rules about this new "innovation" published anywhere by ebay?

No it doesn't mean that. Try using the help search function for the payment policy for private sellers.

It's legal, it's not a scam, and you agreed to it when you listed an item after the 4th Feb when it started.

'Ebay's new process seems to rely on the all external couriering to work perfectly, that is not the real world...'
Exactly - and eBay must have been well aware of this when they rolled this scheme out, knowing that it would unleash an endless stream of complaints due to tracking issues & payment delays etc. If eBay were deliberately trying to make themselves unpopular, they couldn't do a better job..!

Hi papso22, thank you for the clarification, I looked it up.
