This option does not appear in the new Simple Delivery options

If the package weighs over 2kg, you choose the next size up. For me there's a 15kg option.

The bands may or not change in the future - I've seen some references to possible changes on 20 May.

You can't change it - (unless you are able to use Custom Postage - some people still are, but eBay are gradually removing the Custom Postage option for people.)

There is supposed to be a 2-10kg option but for some reason it isn't currently appearing when listing.  Hopefully, this will be resolved when the new pricing comes in on the 20th May.
