I regularly use the Research facility to check on past prices acheived and current prices sought. For about a week, past prices have shown in pounds sterling as normal, but current listings are showing in US dollars! Not the end of the world, but rather odd.
I am logged into Ebay.co.uk, and am searching Ebay.co.uk. I’ve tried a couple of different browsers. My current location is UK.
Any thoughts?

This problem is not new......
I tried to call eBay to tell them but the response was something like "we will return your call within 18hrs - PT15.00" presumably Pacifice Time.
A while later all my listings changed to dollars
I eventually managed to receive a call from ebay customer services but while I was talking to them my screen changed from ebay.co.uk to ebay.com

Hi eastern-lights, thanks for your post.
Could you please share a screenshot of the results showing in dollars? If you could include the browser searchbar in the screenshot to confirm it still is showing US prices on the UK site, I would appreciate it so we can take a further look.
Thank you,
Marco

Hi eastern-lights, thanks for your reply.
It looks like the issue in question has been fixed, please see screenshot below. Just to confirm, could you please perform the same search again, and let me know if it is working ok for you?
Thank you,

Nope. I'm still seeing US dollars.

Thanks for your reply, eastern-lights.
Could you please provide another screenshot the exact same way you did last time, but using Google Chrome? They suspect it could be a browser related issue, and that would help to rule that out.
Thanks,
Marco

Been having problems with being with being moved on to .com for over a week now. I can't try to swap from these boards to my ebay without it being to .com. I have to open another tab to be able to get back to .uk. It messed up my seller hub for a while as well. For what its worth I'm on windows edge and I have tried all the usual advice without success.

Obvious advise would be to try a different browser. Chrome tends to be regarded as the standard these days.

Tried and made no difference.

Thanks for that, eastern-lights, I really appreciate it.
I've just escalated this with our technical team, as soon as I get further updates, I will post back here to let you know.
Thanks,
Marco

There is another problem with U.S. details being shown as it can appear that an order was not posted in time. Our cut off time is 15:00 hours during the week but an order with U.S. details shows that an order received after 15:00 hours was transacted before 15:00 hrs in UK. We already have 85% of our late deliveries removed on appeal so we don't need more incorrect info.
