Report a member regarding a message received

How do I report a message that I have received - Below 

 "Hey do u want to sell monopoly go game digital sticker send within game.Can gain mutual profits"

You can't report a message but you can report a seller on the link below.

Use the reason :

The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies

Then it will be :

They offer to sell you a listed item outside of eBay :

I'm not sure what's listed if even at all but this will then get a check of the communications that have been sent to you

I wouldn't expect much to be done in all honesty, they may get a warning and that's about it.

The option to report messages certainly exists though I have never tried it. Using the horrid new messages layout which I don't seem to be able to opt out of, if you select any message to read then top right are three dots in a horizontal row. Click that and select "report message".

A sceptic might wonder what if anything will result.
