Private Sellers being driven off in favour of Businesses and the Chinese ?.

I can assure you that I have been waiting a lot longer than 2 days after delivery. I am now having to cancel orders while I try to find out how to switch on Holiday mode .

My suspicions are that Ebay want rid of all private sellers and want to cater just to Businesses and the Chinese so they are making things so difficult for private and hobby sellers and so expensive for buyers to buy from them in the hope they will delete their accounts.

The orders I have sent out have been with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Yodel Tracked.Orders have been scanned as delivered.Some but not all have feedback. AND I AM STILL NOT BEING PAID.

It is interesting that they have not implemented these payment holds in the U.S although there is no end of concern in America about it as it is still not ruled out there.

Has anyone came close to working out how much Ebay will be making in interest from withholding 10's of £million's of seller payments for weeks on end ?.

I have had payemnt for several GSP orders held for 14 days even though the buyers have already messaged me and left feedback!!!

Demark, Austria, Germany etc.!!  Most recent (today) Denmark. -  I telephoned ebay customer service and requested MY money as the item has obviously been delivered and I was told the fact that the buyer has left feedback is irrelevant !!!!!  Because the tracking is not showing the parcel delivered at the Midlands hub I have to wait 14 days.   Pre 4th Feb I ALWAYS received an email from the hub saying "Item Shipped", and then a further email days later saying "Item Delivered".  This all STOPPED abruptly on 4th February.  Now NO notification at all??  But of course they can't tell the seller the item has shipped because then they have to release the money don't they!!???  Absolutely Disgraceful.  Is it legal to withold people's payments when they are fully aware items have been delivered??  What a Dishonest, Cynical platform this is now!

The best way around this problem is upgrade to a  business account , the expensive items you have for sale will be cheaper, and instant payment, win win, only snag fees slightly higher
